The role of the Council is to raise and deal with local issues, handle planning applications, lobby for better services and to represent the views of the people of Ermington to other bodies such as South Hams District Council and Devon County Council. The council is an elected body and is made up of local residents of the Parish.
Ermington Parish Council hold monthly meetings on 1st Tuesday of the month, at 7.30 pm in Ermington Reading Rooms (Unless specified, The exception is August when there is no meeting) Please check the homepage of the website for the date of next meeting.
The meeting is also attended by County Councillor Dan Thomas and District Councillor Alison Dewynter
